- Go to gst.gov.in and click 'Login'.
- Enter your Username and Password.
- Type the characters shown in the image (Captcha).
- Click 'Login' to access your dashboard.
Common Government Portal Login Issues
- First-Time Login / New GSTIN Activation: If you are logging in for the first time after GSTIN allotment, click First time login at the bottom of the login box and enter your Provisional ID/GSTIN and temporary password sent via email.
- DSC / DSC E-Sign Not Working: Ensure you have installed the latest emSigner utility from the GST portal and that your Digital Signature Certificate USB token is plugged in.
- Invalid Username or Password: Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password and authenticate using the OTP sent to the authorized signatory's registered mobile and email.
